Eric Rivera, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Eric Rivera is a Hearing Instrument Specialist originally born and raised in New York. Eric loves people and felt the need to give back in service to our country through the United States Army. During his six plus years of active service, Eric has been deployed on several overseas tours. In 2003, Eric’s unit (3/7 Cavalry), was part of the invasion of Iraq and helped secure the Baghdad airport. Eric continued to serve 11 more years in government with the Department of Homeland Security until a friend suggested getting into this field.
Eric starting in his journey in this field in 2012 and found he had a passion to help others to hear. Eric now puts his training and talents to good use by bringing people together through the power of communication. Eric believes there is no greater joy than knowing he helps bring families and loved ones closer together by simply listening.

Patient Care Coordinator
Joan has spent the majority of her life in Buck County, PA. She has extensive experience in the health care administration field. The most important things in her life are God, Country, Family, and Friends. Her favorite past times are watching the Phillies and the Eagles, and softball, cooking, and reading. She is excited to be a part of our patients’ journeys to better hearing and communication.
